Thanks to good neighbor Carolyn Mitchell for posting about a found wedding ring! We hope the owner is found. See Carolyn’s post on the Thoughts and comments page.
Sunday there were two instances of motorized dirt bike and a small child’s motorized type dirt bike being ridden. The blue dirt bike was first ridden by a young man who will be in 9th grade this year. I stopped him and told him the rules do not allow riding on the common areas and it is against the law for him to be on the street riding that vehicle. He was very polite and well mannered. He is visiting his Dad in the development. I figured if they are new to the development, he might not have had a chance to read all the regs or did not receive the Home Assoc. Newsletter. His father than came back riding the bike in the common area near Ashley Dr. in front of the pond. His father said that he was going to allow his son to ride and have fun. The other very young child, approx 5, was riding his small green motorized play bike on the side walk on Nicole Drive. I understand that those may not be ridden on the sidewalk. I have seen this young child riding his bike for the past 2 years (when we moved here) on the street and not watching where he is going.
Kudos to Bob Miller for finding and returning a lost phone!
Thank you to Al Martin for power washing the Community Building!
This page is indeed for good neighbor shout outs, not complaints.
Please address complaint issues to our email, where they will then be addressed.
